James Manipud has worked in the new construction industry for more than 7 years focusing on HVAC and energy efficiency testing and inspections.  He decided to make a career change with home inspecting and has not looked back.  He is passionate about his career and is always striving to learn more.  He passed the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE).  He is certified with American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT), and he is an active member of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi).  

James is serious and takes pride in his inspections. He also enjoys talking with people and making them smile.  He is a firm believer that life is what you make of it and that laughter is the best medicine.  

During his free time, he loves to be with nature and animals.  He enjoys camping, spending time with his partner (Mindy) and their two cats, friends, and family.
